Popular routes include Leipzig, Dresden, Hamburg, Prague, and Amsterdam. Please note that our minimum distance for city rides within Berlin is 10 km.
Our standard capacity is six passengers plus six to seven large suitcases. In the Long wheelbase version, this increases to six passengers plus up to eight large suitcases. Pushchairs, hand luggage, and sports equipment can also be accommodated — just let us know in advance.
We provide a fixed price at the time of booking based on the distance, pick-up time, and any extras you request. Child seats are included free of charge. The confirmed price does not change because of traffic conditions or the time of day.
Yes, child seats are available free of charge. We carry seats for all groups: 0+ (0–13 kg), 1 (9–18 kg), 2 (15–25 kg), and 3 (22–36 kg). Let us know the child’s age and weight when booking, and we will prepare the correct seat in advance.
You can pay online when booking by card or PayPal, or in cash to the driver in euros. For companies, we also offer bank transfer and can issue a VAT invoice.
We monitor flight status online and adjust the pick-up time automatically. Waiting time of up to 60 minutes after landing is included. Additional waiting time is charged at €20 per 30 minutes.
Yes, all our drivers speak English. Several also speak Russian as their native language. You can mention your language preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the trip. Changes to the route or time can be made up to 6 hours before pick-up at no extra cost, provided the total distance remains the same.
